Returns & Exchanges

At UGG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which you can print at home or show as a QR code at a drop-off location.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn UGG products in their original shoe box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
